Known on DevianArt.com as *chilin, this artist out of El Salvador has a taste for fighting game fan art and if you haven't figured out yet, I am a huge fighting game fan. Not only that, but as you can see from his profile above, his style is very pulp anime, which makes for some pretty awesome pieces. His fanservice is fantastic, but his original works are also inspiring. Check out the Fenrir piece, it was less game related and NSFW so I didn't include it in the slide show, But it is EPIC!
